Prices

At Natures Nctar all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Natures Nctar receives payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We reserve the right to make reservations for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Natures Nctar aims to ship orders placed before 5 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter will be shipped the following business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 35. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

Your items will be shipped with Post Nord, GLS or DAO.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered every weekday of the week. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money returned or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Natures Nctar will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments by cash on delivery are not accepted.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of a bank account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email. email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return is given for goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day;

- Where you receive the order.

- Receive the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different goods, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.

- Receive the last lot, or last part in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.

- The first item in physical possession, when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a certain period.

You must bear the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email to info@naturesnctar.dk. In the notification you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice of this.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

- Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.

- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

- Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed together with others upon delivery.

- Goods where the seal has been broken.

- Non-financial services provided, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.

- Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if the provision has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

- Newspapers, journals or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements for such publications.

- Agreements concluded at public auction.

- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have made use of your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The shipment will be faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the goods upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and the way in which the goods function. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical store.

If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, they are considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt - of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the product without actually using it.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
